Portage Ventures was created by Mark Novakovich to acquire a single company in the Chicagoland Tri-State area. I’m looking for a well-established small business which I can lead into its next phase of growth, building on a great foundation to create a long-term future for the organization and its employees.

Criteria

The ideal company profile is a niche/specialty light industrial manufacturer, industrial services, waste management, or wholesale distribution business with revenues in the $3-20M range. I am a pre-qualified buyer with a national, SBA preferred lender.
